Disgraceful service
-100 if that was an option,worst customer service I’ve ever encountered,Chinese woman who i presume is the owner,has no customer service skill nor brain cells for that matter,rude *********** and pathetic,go back to Asia and play on your mobile,whilst trying to return my goods that didn’t work,just as her brain she completely shut me down and had no respect nor regard,she is not even competent enough to work with wildlife! Shut your doors your ******** fool,my pet dog has more savvy than you go work with wildlife or anything that you have zero interaction with mankind....fool,wouldn’t recommend if it was the last store on earth disgraceful and they sell reject stuff.......

Disgraceful customer service
If there was -1000 it wouldn’t even surfice,they sell **** poor quality stuff ,and dnt try return owner has a brain worse than a rock,no ethics no morals and instead chases you away,this isn’t Asia,maybe get back on your boat,eat your noodles and play on your mobile,not even sure you could handle a mobile,yet you probably googling ways to **** and rob innocent ppl,you work ethic isn’t even fit for wildlife net alone dealing with customer service and ppl ,you completely braindead...worst experience of my life shocking.....shut your doors your *****
