THIS COURIER SERVICENIS PATHETIC. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. DESPITE SENDING SEVERAL WHATS APP'S, & CALLING MULTIPLE TIMES THEY JUST DONT BOTHER ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. YOU CAN NEVER GET THROUGH TO THEM EITHER. PLEASE TAKE YOUR HARD EARN COIN TO MDS/ THE COURIER GUY OR ANYONE ELSE BUT THIS PATHETIC COMPANY!!!!

THE STAFF AT THE NICOLWAY BRANCH IS PATHETIC!! PLEASE GO TO THE TELKOM OR VODACOM STOORS INSTEAD. DO NOT SUPPORT MTN AS YOU WILL BE PAYING THE SALARY OF ***********, SUPERCILIOUS STAFF. READ THE 1STAR REVIEWS BEFORE ENTERING THAT STORE!
The Capitec agents wasted my time. I’m very disappointed.
I have been a loyal customer of Freshtop Bryanston. All to be disrespected by the woman that handles the food. Please don’t support this place. Take your money elsewhere, id rather go to Engen That disgrace of an employee needs to be FIRED!
I am very disappointed with Vodacom. I purchased data twice and it was wiped out within seconds. I know for a fact that my data was only on for what’s app. The call centre was not very helpful as they were kind of blaming iPhone and told me to go to I store. I even went to a Vodacom store at Bedford centre and the lady was very unpleasant and had a resting constipated face. Vodacom needs to compensate me because I’d rather switch over my phones for o MTN or Cell c . Perhaps the customer service is existent there! Also, it’s very difficult to get through to a human agent! I CANT STAND CHATTING TO A ROBOT WHO CANT UNDERSTAND MY EMOTIONS.
I am utterly disappointed at the dismal service received from Virginia at the branch at Bedford Centre. Not to mention the disgusting attitude from Mills. My family & I often love to dine at Spur but the service received from your waitress and waiter was absolutely PATHETIC! I can assure you that there are so many good people out there that need jobs but you guys choose to employ uneducated disrespectful village idiots. Mills has a don’t care attitude and is highly disrespectful! Virginia is on the same level as him. I assure you , you will lose loyal clients based on their experience with these to imbeciles !! Please get this sorted out as I promise you I will spread the word of how disrespectful your staff are! It’s such a pity that the good ones no longer work there. Please do not hesitate to contact me. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied by Ryan. His manners are dismal and talks to customers any how. Also, I am not very happy with his false quotation. He said to me that it would cost me R600 & something. When I get to the desk. He was insisting I asked for something else and Alfred actually quoted me in the amount of R1,798,34 in which I paid. Please see to it that Ryan is trained on how to talk to clients and how to listen attentively. It seems Ryan does not take his duties seriously. I feel he should not be dealing with clientele.
