I buy an extra sauce everyday for my food and I like a mix of 2 in 1 cup, now they suddenly want to charge me for 2 sauces because they say they cannot mix them for me anymore, utterly stupid and they won't see me again

The sh*ttest service ever. It's like the staff are competing about who is the rudest, because almost everytime you visit the store. I hate it when someone shouts at me especially pointing fingers at my face. Freshstop treats customers like *******.

The Freshstop at waterfront service it poor. Today is 18th of December 2025. I went in there looking at the specials. There was a beef burger for R49, 99 I think and for additional R10 you get a coke. I then opted in for the coke. When I had to pay, they charged me R53 something. When I had to collect my food the lady said I dont get a cooldrink and just gave me some extra chips. Im not sure if that even was extra chip. I couldnt understand she just said no cooldrink for you. I decided to leave. but my problem is, they are not focused on what they have to do and the customers pay for their lack of attention and the humiliation when she said "No cooldrink for you" like who's fault is it that you didnt add cooldrink yet I paid more then the R49,99? I wont go back there.

I stopped at Astron Energy in Bird Street, Stellenbosch this morning (5 December around 10:30 AM) to put in petrol. After asking the attendant to fill up, I went into the FreshStop to grab a sausage roll and a drink. Unfortunately, the service inside was extremely poor. The cashier was busy chatting and cashing up money while myself and another customer stood waiting. I waited so long that even the petrol attendant came inside to tell me I should rather pay at the till. Despite standing there patiently, I received no assistance, and I was very hungry. I eventually had to leave my food and drink behind and walk out without being helped. Really disappointing experience and not what I expect from this service station. I hope the management addresses the lack of attention and customer service.

I'm writing to express disappointment with the service I received from one of your employees at the Fresh Stop store on Astron Queen Nandi Drive in Durban. On May 25, 2025, at approximately 06:45, I purchased food and received change from the staff member. When I questioned the correctness of the change, she responded rudely, asking "How much are you expecting?" while walking away. I felt her behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. Unfortunately, she wasn't wearing a name tag, making it difficult to identify her. I request that you address this issue, discipline the staff member if necessary, and provide an apology for the poor service I received.
