I stopped at Astron Energy in Bird Street, Stellenbosch this morning (5 December around 10:30 AM) to put in petrol. After asking the attendant to fill up, I went into the FreshStop to grab a sausage roll and a drink. Unfortunately, the service inside was extremely poor. The cashier was busy chatting and cashing up money while myself and another customer stood waiting. I waited so long that even the petrol attendant came inside to tell me I should rather pay at the till. Despite standing there patiently, I received no assistance, and I was very hungry. I eventually had to leave my food and drink behind and walk out without being helped. Really disappointing experience and not what I expect from this service station. I hope the management addresses the lack of attention and customer service.
On the 30th of November 2024 Nedbank deducted R10 000 from my current account to pay my credit card. According to the National Credit Act Nedbank needs my authorization in writing to move money from one account to another account to cover debts. For the last 50min I have been trying to get hold of a agent to assist me with no luck
On 24 December I booked a bolt driver for a third party to travel from Eersterivier to Franschhoek. Bolt company charged R252. When the third party arrived at his destination the Bolt driver demanded R324. This totally unacceptable.
I joined LIPCO in August of 2017 and I have always made my payments on time without ever missing a payment. I joined LIPCO and have a family legal plan with them. My problem with them is their empty promise that they will send my LIPCO cards. Vuyolwethu Mthethwa is the the person I worked with and ahe promised me that the cards would be sent via post. This happened in August of 2017, and I am still waiting for my cards. I also called LIPCO earlier in the year, and asked them about the cards and they said I will receive it within 5weeks. I still have not received anything. If this is they way they handle something as simple as Lipco cards I am really worried about how they handle their legal matters. This is unproffessional and dissapointing. Please sort this mess out.
