They keep calling me about contract renewals. I already renewed the contracts I want to. The marketer told me I sound like a *****. I put the phone down on him.

Items always unavailable
2nd time in a row. I ordered rolls with a backup in case. I got no notification the items were out of stock. Checkers N1 Ciry Cape town never has rolls. Even instore a lady complained about the same thing. I order from sixty60 so I don't have to go out. Now I must drive anyway to the ahop to get rolls. Another shop, not Checkers.

Ok Mini-mart Hugo Street Goodwood. They always have vagrants that bother the customers. This complaint was taken up with the store managers and Tanya Mans from Ok management. They put up cameras that they don't use. The security chats with the vagrants like old friends. Rather go to OK Vasco, Tygerdal and Welgelegen. They NEVER have vagrants. Even other shops in the area don't have that problem. Only Mini-mart Hugo Street Goodwood cause they allow it. Management onsite is non-existent when it comes to the vagrants.

I phoned n1 city about a specialized item I am looking for. I keep on choosing dispensery. It keeps on saying they are having high call volumes. Nonsense. I hate it when the default message on an answering machine says we are experiencing high call volumes. When you walk in there, they are not that busy at all. Lame excuse. I won't bother to phone again. There are enough other pharmacies in my area that don't by default have a high influx of calls and pharmacists who are not too busy or lazy to answer calls. Bad service. 😡

Ok Mini-mart Hugo street still.ongoing
I logged this about 1 to 1.5 years ago. The.mini-mart in Hugo Street Richmond Estate or Vasco. The vagrant feom all over and especially Parow Park. They are a nusance. Other neighbours are also complaining. The lady managing the store is old and to soft. She cannot stand her ground. She told me the vagrant swear at her. Why does the muslin shop arounf the corner, minimart Vasco Boulevard , tygerdal and Panorama keep these people away. This is in very bad taste that the mini-mart invite beggers and vagrants. They are the ONlY SHOP allowing this, so problem with the security for customers, especially woman, that are down the drain.

Extremely bad support and issues with Vox
I logged a call yesterday. I have had no feedback. Always when I log a call on the web I end up phoning cause they don't care about open unresolved calls. If you phone the standard message is "we had an influx of calls. Bull, enigineers to lazy to answer calls. Working for Vox must feel like a holiday. Come to work, do nothing and gets paid a salary

They manage the N1 City mall properties just up my street. There are vagrants on every single teaffic light in and around N1 City. I have contracted Shimonay Everts on 30 Dec 2024. I had no response. Now I tey again, but she is on leave. It is extremely unprofessional not to acknowledge or respond to a serious complaint. Not long before we gonna ha e rheft out of cars.

There are vagrants on every single corner in and around n1 city. Some of them are rude while they beg with their plastic bags in their hands. They are there everyday. Rain or shine. Public holidays and normal days. I have contacted Shimonay Everts at Growthpoint. Tried again today. She never even bothered the respond while she was there. Now she is on keave. Shocking

Crazy prices.
I use to like to go there. It's basically a help youself eatery, not a restaurant. All of a sudden, toasted cheese and tomato going for almost 75? You almost doubled the price. For that price you can throw all those sarnies away that I won't buy. Bootleggers became money hungry all of a sudden. Won't ever put a foot in that 7 star priced eatery. I went to mug and bean. Got my self a breakfast for cheaper that the sarmies at bootlegger and they are a proper sit down resturant
