I am trying to get hold of O'Brien and D'Arcy Jewellers in N1 City Mall, but all the numbers listed fails when I call. I phoned the Mall information desk, they were not helpful at all. Just told me that the only number they have, and that's it. I asked if they have an email address or an alternative way to get hold of them, and the lady just said no. Not good customer service at all.

There are vagrants on every single corner in and around n1 city. Some of them are rude while they beg with their plastic bags in their hands. They are there everyday. Rain or shine. Public holidays and normal days. I have contacted Shimonay Everts at Growthpoint. Tried again today. She never even bothered the respond while she was there. Now she is on keave. Shocking

For someone who buys KFC 3-4 Times a week I have come out to N1 city tonight and the worst experience I have had....This has officially been my last purchase at KFC....The Lady serving at the counter was rude and had an attitude because we inquired about the wait time....I ordered my food @ 19:39 and at 20:28 when I asked how long we would still have to wait she proceeded to speak to the people in the kitchen in Xhosa and said next customer without addressing my question.....we bought ice cream while we wait and when we told her it tastes sour she ignored us and we ended up throwing it away right infront of her because my kids would be Sick if I didn't.....this is appalling and I have had it.....with KFC

I bought a scarf at this store on 5/2/2023. When I got home, the colour shade in the store was different than at home. Being a Sunday and the mall close at 16:00, there wasn't time to drive back. I took it back after work on 6/2. My intention was to exchange it for the colour I wanted because I want the scarf. When I got in the store, the sales assistant whom I spoke to behind the till did not even hear me out. She just said her boss don't want them to exchange scarves because people could have worn it. I tried to tell her that I don't wear scarves on my head but around my shoulders and I want to exchange it for the proper colour not for my money back. She said her boss won't allow it. I told her to keep the money and the scarf because I really don't want it. My question is. If the boss is so concerned about hygiene because people might have put it on their heads, why are the scarves not packaged because people can put it on their heads in store without the assistance watching them and put it back on the rail. What's the difference. I found this reason for non return/exchange tasteless and very unpleasant to to treat customers

I made an order last week and got a confirmation that it will be delivered on the 24th on Tuesday but the order hasn't arrived to date. I called game customer service and the store in question numerous times but they have been giving me a run-around to give me a proper explanation about the delay. Game's customer service is the worst I've ever seen and I even regret making a purchase with them and I will never bother buying from them again. Evidently, they don't care about their customers. Worst flipping customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Cellphone was stolen. Reported it and were sent to customer relations kiosk to see if it is there. It was not. Asked for further assistance but to no avail. Just were informed that I need to black list and go lay a case at SAPS. Did not even attempt to view camera footage. My wife phoned later and requested a case number to allow them to assist me with camera footage and only they have time to do it. What is the point of CCTV if it is not accessible for cases like this.
