I would like to thank Ziyaad the manager at Pick n pay Goodwood mall for going above and beyond with the best customer service I have ever encountered. Pick and pay must know what an asset they have with this man giving fantastic customer service in the store assisting his staff and helping clients. He is a absolute lifesaver and I hope he gets the acknowledgement he deserves
I take the city Bellville 5:10pm route, Everytime we get a respectful, reliable driver he gets removed and taken to another route Do not remove our driver / 89040 from the route He has told us this is his last shift on this route!!! And we are angry
Placing an order on Uber eats for kfc Grandwest for my kids at 8:33pm with promised delivery 9:10 at 8:51 the driver was still not given the food and had the decency of messaging me and keeping me updated. The driver was given the food at 9:20 and delivered shortly after The chips was cold and stale, wings dried out, the chicken was oily, only the mash and gravy was warm even the dunked pops was soggy. Really disappointed in the wait and old food The driver confirmed the shop was full and short staffed.
Be careful when ordering from Pick N Pay ASAP, especially N1 City, the drivers will ***** your order and claim it's delivered then customer service will claim "the store can't get hold of the driver" it will then take 3-5 working days for a credit to be received still waiting for a call from Zandile at the store almost two hours later
