The sh*ttest service ever. It's like the staff are competing about who is the rudest, because almost everytime you visit the store. I hate it when someone shouts at me especially pointing fingers at my face. Freshstop treats customers like *******.
The worse shopping experience ever. I bought clothes on the 26th January, I haven't received nothing even today. I've been told that my money will refunded within 3-5 from the 9th of this month already. Since then it's been the same song. 🤦🏽♂️😢
I bought clothes from Superbalist on the 26th of last month, I haven't received them or my money that I asked them to refund. Today is the 13th and it's February. All that I was offered was a bribe of 40% discount which is nothing exciting because most of the time the items are discounted anyway. The wait is too long and the communication with their customer service agents is *******. I really regret why I even considered buying from these ****** and *********** people. The shoe I wanted to buy was the last pair and now it's not even there anymore.
I've been shopping online from many different shops, but I've never seen such unprofessional and pathetic service. I order clothes and never received any confirmation email or SMS to prove that the order was received. I had to keep checking on the app which also is not very clear as to where/how far is the order. I had to further follow up since I was told that the order will be delivered on the fifth. Today is the seventh and still nothing. Today I had to follow up again on their Facebook page and I received another one star type of a response. The person replying is not even sympathetic, the response was that I must take note that the order will be delivered on the 7th before as if the person doesn't even know that today is the 7th. I was further told that the driver was gonna phone call me when they arrive. I didn't move to anywhere, I cancelled my plans because of ****s who just wanted to get rid of this irritating customer wanna be. This is so inconveniencing and I want to tell Superbalist that your service is the worse ever, I regret wasting my efforts trying to support you. Please I hope my money won't take this long because I'm fed up of waiting. I WANT MY MONEY BACK because it's past five o'clock now and your driver is not here you *********** ****mers and ****s.
My Saturday has just been spoilt. I'm very upset and disappointed about the service I received today. Just before the store closed I was trying to buy a piece of chicken at a Pick N Pay in Cape Town (The Felix). I understood that it was almost closing time, but the shop was opened, the chicken was there, the scale for weighing it was there, the staff were there and the this rude lady had a nerve to say that the shop is closed. Really? I mean the shop is half full and the cashiers are operating. I asked her again and she raised her voice, insisting that the shop was closed. To prove to her that the shop was still opened I went to buy other stuff and paid. When she tried to call me again because one of the ladies who has been always been working there spoke to her, unfortunately I had already lost my appetite. I told her to f*** off. You can review your cameras if you can. Just see the service we are receiving as customers at your store sometimes, because this is not something that happens quite often. You will lose customers and sales because of such undiplomatic and lazy individuals. If she had a bad day it wasn't my fault, I was just a hungry customer who craved for the chicken.
