Mr Peter Repairt is FRAUD!!! Be Aware!!
I can't believe I fell into their trap! Only if I did my checks and came across the previous reviews, I could have saved me a lot of trouble. I can testify that I was a victim of this fraudulent activity and company. Please stay away from them and report incidents to the Police immediately, because I did. I have a photograph of the vehicle and number plate as well as the "tech". They operate on WhatsApp, with various different numbers 068 225 2474, 0643778596, 0679685162, 0648185897, 0744466682 with a fake website address like https://mrpeterrepair.com/ They also operate under various names of which one is Mr Peter Appliance Repairs. They come across as professionals and have answers to all the questions....but they are liars. I can't believe that this guy was in my house!!! I lost R1800 due to my own fault and not doing all my checks. "Tech" told me that he replaced a part of my dishwashing machine and when I ran a cycle again, the problem persisted. I asked for the part that was replaced. After investing the part, it looked used and did not make sense that a part would look like that of a machine of 2yrs old. When I called the next day to report that I still have the same problem, the "tech" came back and wanted to take the dishwasher with him. When asked where their offices are, he could not provide the address. When I checked the invoice, the address did not exist. The entire invoice is fake. I asked the "tech" to go to the office and send me the office address details the same day, but never heard from them.

BAD SERVICE! SCAM
What a shocking experience! FRAUDSTERS!!!These men came into the house, charged us R1200 for parts that were never replaced and had aggressive and arrogant attitudes. On demanding to see the boxes and slips for the new parts, they became aggressive and said they would not leave if we did not pay. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! THEY ARE FRAUDS!

Good Service
I had a great experience with this company. They fixed my tuble dyer and washing machine. I was impressed with the service and when I came here the technicians are smart friendly with experience I found different reviews but anyway I will really recommend these guys they provide on-site prompt service.

Good Service
I had a great experience with this company. They fixed my tuble dyer and washing machine. I was impressed with the service and when I came here the technicians are smart friendly with experience I found different reviews but anyway I will really recommend these guys they provide on-site prompt service.

Reliable and Quality workmanship with friendly technicians
Good job done on my Smeg dishwasher and washing machine they collected for repair and bringing in 3days time perfectly working like new. They are reliable and friendly technicians I recommend people to use them Mr Peter Repairs in Cape Town

Good day I just visited this site after my friend advised me to check if these guys were not also here since i had just recieved the service from them and I only got them online and that became difficult for me to trust the service bcoz that was my first time to get the refrigerator repaired,I checked the reviews here and I almost called the guys to come and withdraw the service since it costed me a couple of rands and I was now checking my fridge almost every minute to check if still working till I realized that there was no need for me to worry anymore bcoz the fridge was working more than expected,(awesome).I realized that the guys were professional and they took all my stress out with no hustle.I will really really recommend you to use this company in all your appliance repairs.what impressed me is that the guys who came were so friendly and smart they even provide after self-service!I wanted to rate them more than 5 stars for making my life easy.they are reliable!
