I can't believe I fell into their trap! Only if I did my checks and came across the previous reviews, I could have saved me a lot of trouble. I can testify that I was a victim of this fraudulent activity and company. Please stay away from them and report incidents to the Police immediately, because I did. I have a photograph of the vehicle and number plate as well as the "tech". They operate on WhatsApp, with various different numbers 068 225 2474, 0643778596, 0679685162, 0648185897, 0744466682 with a fake website address like https://mrpeterrepair.com/ They also operate under various names of which one is Mr Peter Appliance Repairs. They come across as professionals and have answers to all the questions....but they are liars. I can't believe that this guy was in my house!!! I lost R1800 due to my own fault and not doing all my checks. "Tech" told me that he replaced a part of my dishwashing machine and when I ran a cycle again, the problem persisted. I asked for the part that was replaced. After investing the part, it looked used and did not make sense that a part would look like that of a machine of 2yrs old. When I called the next day to report that I still have the same problem, the "tech" came back and wanted to take the dishwasher with him. When asked where their offices are, he could not provide the address. When I checked the invoice, the address did not exist. The entire invoice is fake. I asked the "tech" to go to the office and send me the office address details the same day, but never heard from them.
I had a new geyser installed in November 2015 and ever since, I have lost 60 litres of water a day. I had two (2) Kwikot technicians and 2 Insurance plumbers to my house on different occasions and still my problem was not resolved. Not once did the plumbers/technicians do proper checks to see what overflow is problematic.<br> <br> Two months and two weeks later (22 January 2016) I had to get another Kwikot technician out to my house to once again come sort out the problem. The problem was with the Safety Valve that the previous plumbers could not resolve. Then the third technician has also established that the Insurance plumbers have not sealed the drip tray.<br> <br> I have also received bad customer service from Kwikot's Serving department when I called to get the technicians back to my house. Things like, why am I calling them and not the plumber/technician
