31 Days later, still no delivery

Terrible customer service. I place an order on the 30th of January and to date I haven't received it. The turnaround time is supposed to be 7 to 14 days we are now on day 31, still nothing. I have called and went to the store and today also called customer service to check and apparently the order has been sitting at the store this whole time. The store didn't bother to check and customer service informs me that it is up to me to present the delivery note to the store as if I am employed by Mr Price. Beyond pathetic.
