I placed an order for two remote controllers through their active and publicly accessible website.
Payment was completed successfully using PayPal and I received an automated email confirmation, which created a reasonable expectation that the order would be fulfilled.
Although the order was placed on 25 December and some delay over the holiday period was expected, it is now 12 January and the order has still not been delivered.
More concerning is the complete lack of communication. Multiple attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered and no delivery updates have been provided.
Despite this, the website remains fully operational and continues to accept payments. Their Facebook page is also inactive, which raises concern in a modern e-commerce environment.
Operating a public e-commerce platform while accepting payment and failing to deliver goods or respond to customers is unacceptable and undermines trust.
