PATHETIC service! No payment for Tenants' Prepaid Electricity.

This company manages my prepaid electricity for my rental properties. Each time that the 7th of the month falls over a weekend, I don't get paid for electricity used by tenants. It then takes up to 3 months, a numbers of emails, and even a visit to their offices before I get paid.
