My tenants "disciplined" their 2 big dogs with a taser (which is against the law). The dogs are often fighting (Pitbull and Great Dane X). Several other tenants and neighbours heard the whining and crying of the dogs. I called the SPCA. The 2 people did not even look at the dogs (who had minor injuries), but just kept on critisizing me because I did not state on their contracts that they are not allowed to keep big dogs. There are also 2 toddlers and 2 small boys. No reprimand for the owners.
I've been struggling for a few days now to pay electricity accounts online with my virtual card. I've been doing it for years, but suddenly it gets rejected for no apparent reason. I chatted online with a consultant who was unable to assist me. She did not know why it was rejected. I will pay the 3 accounts with my Capitec account in future.
What is going on at Standard Bank? Closing all their branches in Pretoria Moot. The telephonic service is slow and poor. Took 20 minutes just to get a statement.
Same problem. I just don't get my money from this business, 2 months in a row now.
SPAR in Monument Park has the friendliest personnel (ALL of them) of all the supermarkets that I use in Pretoria.
DON'T even consider this company to handle your prepaid electricity at your rental properties. Every third month or so there is a problem getting the money from them. You literally have to beg them for the money, whilst the municipality wont wait for you!
Excellent service at Sancardia branch helping my aunt to urgently transfer money: friendly, fast efficient. Also to withdraw from the ATM where they politely asked the other customers waiting whether she can "jump" the queue because of her age and difficulty with standing and walking.

Assupol promises to pay funeral claims out within 24 hours. My mother passed away. I completed and submitted the form and supporting documents on Thu 31 March 11:30. On Monday the policy has still not been paid out; and I haven't received any communication from them explaining why not. I send them an email enquiry. Still no reply from them, still not paid out. The policy that she had with GBA paid out within 24 hours.
