Hie hello Peter pliiz help me report this company Mr prepaid water in pretoria. They come and installed their prepaid meter water on the place iam staying in the middle of September. They did leave any token or free water to use coming from work the water is gone around 7pm on the 18 of September bought a token of 100 rand come Friday 20 September the water showed it's finish .on that Friday bought another token of 200 it gives me 1,53 kl as iam writing today on the 26 of September the token is finished. When you you call them they say water is expensive is this how expensive water has become in pretoria or Mr prepaid is taking advantage of us

After reading the reviews here i feel so helpless. It absolutely makes no sense how someone staying alone can be paying so much money for electricity, of all the agencies we used this one is the worst. Actually i don't even know what is happening because it wasn't this bad then they had to change my meter due to some damages now I'm seeing flames. An amount that used to last me 3 to 4 weeks only lasts 2 weeks. No man this is too much. I'm so frustrated with this. I asked them to email me meter readings they keep on calling and all i asked is for readings, even when i give them appropriate times to call they don't call bck.

After reading the reviews here i feel so helpless. good day, Mrs Naude this is Dawid Roux director of the company (082 294 7807) , you are currently on the option of pay to owner as soon as we have received the amounts we then pay it over to the owners, The tenants are purchasing electricity outside by third parties that is the reason why there is a delay in payments, most of our clients are on the blocked option where the owner or municipality receive the funds. it means the tenants purchase electricity directly from us and we pay the token value over to yourself as soon as the payments are reflecting in the bank account. please take note that the return time value on the email correspondences are between 72 hours.

Absolute worst service. I had a query to which is actually a very big problem with my Mr Prepaid meter. The lady who I spoke to was very rude and basically the gist of her answer was " not our problem, cant help you!. Nothing further, no help, no assistance, arrogant, rude

I've been with Mr Prepaid now for a good number of years and they are my go to company when it come to anything to do with prepaid problems. Keeps up the good work Mr Prepaid.
