I logged a claim to have my fridge fixed but its taking them a lifetime to assist me with something so small, this morning I have to throw away all my groceries and my heart is really broken, huge mistake thinking there will be a sense or urgency sorting this out. Even bigger mistake leaving my previous insurer.
I purchase 2 dresses 26 December, yes almost a month ago and it just have no idea what is going... 1 item was delivered from that order which I immediately returned because I didn't like, the remaining item was never delivered... the refund for the returned item took 2 weeks to process... now all of a sudden the 2nd item im still waiting for is no longer visible on my order history, what new ***** is this Zara, they just processed the refund for the one drss and there's no communication none whatsoever about the outstanding item. Im tired of frequent visits to the store without a resolution you are wasting my time and petrol, give me all my money if you can't fulfill your order man. This is exhausting.
I'm writing this email to express my utter disgust and disappointment in your service. My late father had a policy with you and the service my mother is receiving is appalling, you people take money from elders, make them take all kinds of policies but when they have to pay out you make life difficult for those left to deal with the aftermath of death, if a person is paying their premium regularly and you have proof of that and all documents are provided, why does a person who is not a main member of the policy have to go through this tedious process of answering questions. This policy was taken long ago, details change premium increase but you hold this against a person who possibly has no idea what information was given. Rude impatient consultants dealing with elders. I'm boiling as I'm writing this email, and I will use my power to make sure everyone i can reach doesn't use your pathetic services. We went to different insurers and Jet was by far the worst, so out of touch. The only human was the lady in the store, she has compassion something you must teach your consultants. We've been at your store for 2 hours with no way forward, stupid delays.
They just took my accumulated points for no reason, what is this Total, I purposely look for you filling station so I can earn these points, now tell me what is this ***** I see on the App, where are my points??????
Im not fighting or anything but please rebrand bathung its definitely not Checkers60 anymore, used to be but not anymore I can see you're overwhelmed and can't deliver on your brand promise. Its Checkers1440 now. Im told that stores now have to manage their orders due to their capacity. So the whole concept of 60min delivery falls away. There are 4 Checkers stores around me, but I have to wait for the next day to get an order I placed at 16:01?? haibo!!
I stopped taking Telkom contracts longtime ago because of the agony you will go through with that network. I recently gave them a chance again but 2 months in I'm already regretting it bigtime....their billing is always a mess. First they are not debiting on the date we agreed upon, this month they charged me R200 extra...i dont even know why because they don't even invoice me. The contract is just starting and im already over it. They have not improved one bit.
What a nightmare to deal with this courier Company, I've been waiting for my parcel the whole week, they don't communicate they don't answer their phones, holding for over 20min everyday is insane..i driving without a renewed disc, i have no idea what is going on. All i see is that it's out for delivery but it just doesn't get here. I'm over it...i should have just went to the Post Office

It absolutely makes no sense how someone staying alone can be paying so much money for electricity, of all the agencies we used this one is the worst. Actually i don't even know what is happening because it wasn't this bad then they had to change my meter due to some damages now I'm seeing flames. An amount that used to last me 3 to 4 weeks only lasts 2 weeks. No man this is too much. I'm so frustrated with this. I asked them to email me meter readings they keep on calling and all i asked is for readings, even when i give them appropriate times to call they don't call bck.

Firstly I just want to make it clear that i love Total energies and i swear by their petrol and service everywhere you go, however I'm disappointed with their promotions team/marketing. I won a promotion they had in August for women's month till this day i haven't received my price, all i received was an sms confirming my winning after that i had to keeping following up what's happening, nothing is coming out from it. Unfortunately noone is being done favours i spent money to win the competition, promotions push sales and it's a win for everyone. Be ethical in your dealings. There's a lady that been trying to help Lamangwe i appreciate her assistance and i know its not her doing, i hope this message gets to the right people.
