Absolute worst service. I had a query to which is actually a very big problem with my Mr Prepaid meter. The lady who I spoke to was very rude and basically the gist of her answer was " not our problem, cant help you!. Nothing further, no help, no assistance, arrogant, rude
I have been an Iburst customer for 22 months now, it has been the worst 22 months ever.<br> <br> The signal for ibust is so poor that i get between 1kbp/s to 10kb/s on uncapped and for this i pay R599.00 a month.<br> <br> I have complained often only to be given some kind of story that they are battling with the network and the like (for 22 months)?<br> <br> I think this is shocking - and everyone else I have spoken to about iburst has the same or similar complaint.<br> <br> I run my own business and i relied on Iburst to provide me with a good service, a good network, a good signal so i could get my work done, in effect they have severely hindered my business.<br> <br> I cannot want for the 24 months to be up, I WILL NEVER USE IBURST AGAIN
