good day, Mrs Naude this is Dawid Roux director of the company (082 294 7807) , you are currently on the option of pay to owner as soon as we have received the amounts we then pay it over to the owners, The tenants are purchasing electricity outside by third parties that is the reason why there is a delay in payments, most of our clients are on the blocked option where the owner or municipality receive the funds. it means the tenants purchase electricity directly from us and we pay the token value over to yourself as soon as the payments are reflecting in the bank account. please take note that the return time value on the email correspondences are between 72 hours.
