I've just had the worst service in a long time. Our solar geyser burst on Thursday (Public holiday) we called their emergency line, which doesn't work. Called the office no on Friday and was given the reps cell no. Had very poor communication from the rep. The plumbers eventually arrived after 5 on Friday to assess. We were told that the geyser would be replaced on Saturday, which didn't happen. Still no communication from the rep except for being fobbed off onto the supplier, who was actually more helpful. Quite honestly we have not seen a cost-saving in relation to what we have paid out over the last 5 years on this geyser. Year 1 was approx R 500 per month escalating to over R700 per month in year 5. The cost over the last 5 years is roughly R 36 000.00. I would never own another solar geyser. In my opinion, they're just not worth it especially when you are tied into a contract. Mr Sola your service is shocking.
