FRANCHISOR FROM HELL

why are franchisees expected to continue running these dead horse businesses? the selection of new dvds have become so poor that its not worth the effort... yet they are forced to stay open by a franchisor that holds them to 10 year franchise agreements and if they close, they are taken to court where anything they mite own ...a home, a car, kids savings toward education etc are taken away and they are left pennyless by a franchisor that offers no assistance of any sort, only interested in collecting franchise fees...advertising fees are paid monthly and no advertising is done??? ***? Yet they get away with this shocking business practice ...no benefit at all belonging to this obsolete franchise and advice the public never to contemplate the idea of joining this dinosaur of a business... u will be milked dry with all there thievery ....BEWARE
