motherboard

my experience is on a good or ever great one. My motherboards power port and usb port broke, I gave my motherboard to their repair section and they said 2-3 day before I have it back and they will let me know the price of repair before then. they didn't, they just repaired and I had to phone after 4 days. the motherboard was repaired incorrect because they repairs the power port to the wrong side of the motherboard. Another 2 days the board was with them and the power port was the right side. when I was assembling the laptop the bottom cover wouldn't close because the new usb post was to high. Now I sitting with a laptop that's bottom wouldn't close. And they gave me the wrong banking details the day I paid for the repairs , now I have to make another payment to there correct account to.
