Poor client Service from Computer Land Strand

On 19 October 2023 I bought a USB3 to VGA adaptor from Computer Land in Strand. I tried to use this on my new laptop, but an IT specialist found out that this product is not compatible with Windows 11. On 24 October 2023 i wanted to return this item to the supplier, in it's original packaging. The sales rep however refused to refund my money as he reckoned the packaging has been opened and he connot refund me if the packaging has been opened.

He told me that it his not his problem. Just want to warn people against Computer Land Strand
