Geyser Issue Unresolved claimant bewar

Not great resolution. MRM Projects installed the new thermostat and element and after a few hours of the power reconnected their was hot water gushing out of thw overflow pipe.

This will happen if the element or thermostat is faulty. I think this was either a rushed job or the parts arw faulty or inferior.

Advice to new claimants... you must ask for the old parts and ensure no issues before you make a payment.
