Two months still waiting

I've had such a bad experience with this company. They pester you for a call out fee to come look at your generator, then they don't send you a quote. They came out for our generator in November 2023, it's almost the end of January 2024 and we are still waiting for a quotation. I'm being told about them needing a technician to give me a quote. Then who came to inspect the generator?

This company is making money from call out fees, they don't know what they are doing. Two months and still no quotation, that's unacceptable.
