Well done to Candice van Zyl and the team at Trail Tech Cycles, for excellent customer service. Ordered a pair of Leatt 2.0 flat pedal shoes online. Candice kept me in the loop on when stock arrived and arranged for delivery. When the size was a bit on the tight side (as it happens with online shopping), she immediately arranged a courier to pick-up and replaced with the correct size, no questions asked.

Having been a mountain biker for the last 20 years I have had many dealings with various retailers and service centres related to the mountain bike industry. A few years back I bought a MRP stage. An awesome trail fork. I recently had it serviced by a company in Cape Town that messed it up wholesale. After some research I found Trail Tech Cycles and was willing to ship my fork to Gauteng to have it fixed. To my delight I found that Brenton is based in Somerset West and doing servicing from a shop in Sommies. He went beyond the call of duty to sort my fork out. He replaced parts that the previous guys lost. He went out of his way to find me a good second hand cartridge to keep the repair cost down. What a champ! This is excellent service and incredible business ethics.
