Dissatisfaction

My wife ordered goods to be picked up by me on 07/05/2022 13:00 as confirmed by Livhuwani Tracy, when I arrived only to find the people at the shop unaware of the order and with the words “we have a lot of orders” I waited 1 hr 30 min when I we’re told my goods are in printing, but there was nothing being printed, the shop keepers said they’re closing 14:30. I had driven 2 hrs to make my appointment in time.
