Dissatisfaction

On Wednesday 18/03/2026 at 09:53 I sent money from my Capitec account to my Standard Bank instant money wallet the sum of R6000, on the instant money app it shows eft deposit takes 24-48hrs if it is not from Standard Bank, now its Monday 23/03/2026 it has been 72hrs and the money haven’t reflected in to my instant money account. I sent proof of payment on Friday 20/03/2026 to ***, and the only response I got was just an automated reply . I called the instant money department 4times so far First call answered by a lady unfortunately was cut off due to network Second call by a gentleman that said he was escalating my call and gave me call ref no *** he was great and calm he explained a bit. Third call was on Saturday 21/03/2026 and the lady on the line dismissed me by saying the money is still within the 72 hours turn around time, it gave me hope since 21st was a holiday 4th call was this morning after 72hrs lapsed no money in my wallet,my call answered by the same gentleman I got the second time and he tried his best to speak with back office only to get “their still working on your escalation “. I delayed my travel, now I’m also missing work due to this inconvenience This will be definitely the last time I’d use the instant money service nor even recommend anyone to use it.

Disappointed in the car rental service

I booked a car for rental, they held a deposit at their outlet that i paid on a POS, after returning the car they debited another Amount equivalent to the held deposit

Dissatisfaction

My wife ordered goods to be picked up by me on 07/05/2022 13:00 as confirmed by Livhuwani Tracy, when I arrived only to find the people at the shop unaware of the order and with the words “we have a lot of orders” I waited 1 hr 30 min when I we’re told my goods are in printing, but there was nothing being printed, the shop keepers said they’re closing 14:30. I had driven 2 hrs to make my appointment in time.

Dissatisfied with Khaya2khaya properties

I have rented a apartment through them, prior to move in the were visible maintenance attention that needed immediate action in August 2021, they told me the owner will come through and inspect and maintain the apartment that never happened now it’s 7 to 8 months later, paying rental with no default and no maintenance work done, no security door in the apartment in question and now the entrance door does not close and when trying to have a civil conversation with the agency I’m told I cannot call after 6 regardless of the people ignoring my WhatsApp messages and my calls during the day . My family’s security is at stake
