On Saturday I have won the money, I did cash out though Standard instant money. On 18th August Sunday I went collect it at ATM, I put in my pin code and voucher number ,the machine says the money withdrawn,I would like they shouldn't send us the pin ,we will create our own pin

I recently made a withdrawal to Instant Money for R500, but when I try to redeem it - it says voucher used. I try to contact Autoserv/InstantMoney but it just eats through R100 of airtime in about 7 minutes holding for assistance when I call. Honestly this error is time costly because it takes a second for the ATM to reject itnd claim its "used/redeemed" and now my money takes days to return? Can someone assist me please. Thank you

I recently made a withdrawal to Instant Money for R500, but when I try to redeem it - it says voucher used. I have downloaded the app I have now send numerous emails no one is responding I want to do a withdrawal worst service ever if I get this sorted I will definitely delete the app I would not recommend anyone to use the instant money app #standardbank

After, I received an instant money voucher from a friend and experienced issues with the voucher due to entering an incorrect pin several times, I decided to contact IM call centre for assistance and I spoke to a guy named Sipho. This guy was rude and impatient and even spoke over me and refused to listen to what I was trying to tell him.

Today I've send the money using someone cell no because my phone was of at Game Carnival Mall. After 10 minutes when I call the person which I've sent money to the phone is on voice mail but I haven't given the person pin number to withdraw money. So decided to went back to Game with my receipt as a proof of my transaction and my ID to get my money back but only to find out the money has been withdrawn without a pin. So point is how can money be withdrawn without the pin. Also how can game can't help me with the receipt and ID showing that I'm the person deposited the money.

On the 29th of September 2020 , i sent money through PEP Instant money transfer. The person that i was sending it to went to withdraw it on the 01st October 2020 in PEP STORES ,NGQELENI only to be told by the teller the money had been withdrawn .She was then given a call centre number by the same teller for me to call the number after which i was told the same thing by the call centre agent that the money had been withdrawn the same day at 11:38 a.m from an ABSA ATM in NGQELENI. I then requested the ref number for my call and the call centre lady said she can only give me her first name for security reasons. That surprised me because the same ATM was offline according to my niece hence she went to withdraw inside the shop(PEP).Can you please assist me in getting my money back as i have been a victim of Pep stores and ABSA Bank scam. A whole R1000.00 is really not a joke.
