Great service until I noted something wierd today, I back-tracked and found its not the first time. My Bets keep disappearing - Not found in Settled or Won. I placed multiple bet slips on Betway with the same bet combination. In total, I placed five tickets. Currently: Only one of those tickets is visible on my account The other tickets have completely disappeared They were not settled, not marked as lost, and not marked as won I have screenshots as proof, including a bet code that no longer exists on my account One of the legs on these bets has already won, and I am still waiting on the final leg. There is no explanation as to why the bets are missing. I attempted to contact Betway support via the app: I have been waiting over an hour Only AI/bot responses No human assistance so far One of the legs on these bets has already won, and I am still waiting on the final leg. There is no explanation as to why the bets are missing. I attempted to contact Betway support via the app: I have been waiting over an hour Only AI/bot responses No human assistance so far This is extremely frustrating and concerning, as funds and active bets cannot simply disappear. I am requesting: Immediate investigation Recovery or explanation of the missing bet slips Confirmation of the correct settlement once the final leg is completed I expect urgent feedback.
MADE AN Instant Money voucher for R500 via Standard Bank. When I tried to redeem it, I got “Voucher already used.” I spoke to a consultant, and they told me the money was withdrawn by someone in Village Square. How is that even possible when I never shared my voucher or PIN with anyone? This is NOT ***** on my side– it’s negligence on Standard Bank’s side. You gave my voucher to someone else and never rebated me a cent. There was nothing wrong with my voucher, so this falls under unauthorized transaction liability, and according to banking standards, the bank is liable – not the consumer. I’m not the only one with this issue. There are multiple Facebook posts and complaints from Betway withdrawal users facing the same situation. This looks like a system failure or insider *****. Stop passing me between Standard Bank and Autoserv. Own the problem and refund my money. Why should I take the loss when your systems allowed someone else to redeem my voucher? This is unacceptable and against the Banking Code of Conduct. R500 gone because of YOU – no investigation updates, no accountability. FIX IT. According to the Code of Banking Practice and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 68 of 2008, financial institutions are obligated to ensure the security of customer funds and provide redress in cases of unauthorized or erroneous transactions caused by their systems or third parties under their control. Furthermore, Regulation 23 of the National Payment System Act places responsibility on the payment system provider (Standard Bank and its appointed operator, Autoserv) to safeguard transactions. In this case, the loss occurred without any negligence on my part, meaning liability falls squarely on the bank. Failure to refund this money constitutes a breach of these regulations. Refund the money.
I recently made a withdrawal to Instant Money for R500, but when I try to redeem it - it says voucher used. I try to contact Autoserv/InstantMoney as advised by agents but it just eats through R100 of airtime in about 7 minutes while holding for assistance when I call. Honestly this error is time costly because it takes a second for the ATM to spin around and reject it and then claim its "used/redeemed" and now my money takes days to return? Can someone assist me please. Thank you
