No communication and reliability

I wrote my 4/4 subject with Rustenburg campus in 2022 and they promised to combine all my subjects for me under one certificate. I waited the whole month of November 2022 for the certificate. When I went to them in December I was told that they don't think they will get the certificates as its already December holidays. I then went there in January and to my surprise the branch was closed with no communication sent. Fortunately I had an admin lady cellphone number. She then confirmed that the campus is closed and I will have to contact the DHET myself for that certificate. I then did that but was told they only help centres not individuals. I then went online and got the contact for the MSC administrator(Ziyanda Mjoli)who I explained my story to. She then said she will request the certificate for me then I will have to make means that it get to me via courier( did not mind that). But she later said the certificates are only obtained there by the DHET(where I was told they can not help an individual). After that email I asked her about the way forward she has now stop responding to my emails. I then emailed to info@msccollege.co.za by instruction from there whatsapp number. But they have said they will look into the matter and its over a month now.
