SHUT DOWN MSC BUSINESS COLLEGE

This college seems to be managed by toddlers playing "school" in day care. It's operations, procedures and administration is like that of grown adults running around like headless chickens not knowing what they are doing.

From registration it was downhill. Classes started and my sister's credentials were not found on their system. She could not attend classes nor access their site where they upload activities and tasks for their students. She fell behind as a result of this and no provision was made for her to catch up considering the error was on Msc.

Yesterday on 02 May 2024, my sister and some classmates were to write a test in East London. The studying is online and you visit campus to write. When she got there she was told the test has been postponed. The test was from 9am to 12pm, they told her when she got to the venue that the test has been postponed. The HOD/Principal stated that he/she sent out communication at 7:30am on the day of the test and the lecturers were to communicate with the students.

My sister and the two other students were told by their lecturer (Siphokazi) that she sent the message via WhatsApp to a group where my sister and these other students were not added. What in the actual **** MSC?
