I am extremely disappointed with the way MSC and Hollard Insurance have handled my recent claim.
While my suitcase was in MSC’s care, it fell into the ocean. When it was eventually returned, it was drenched in water. My clothes were stained and ruined, and several personal items — including my hair dryer and BMW broadcase — were damaged beyond repair.
Despite the fact that this incident occurred while my belongings were under MSC’s responsibility, Hollard Insurance has refused to honor my claim. This is unacceptable. Customers trust MSC to handle their possessions safely and rely on Hollard Insurance for protection when things go wrong. In my case, both companies failed to meet their obligations.
I am demanding full compensation for the damaged suitcase, clothing, and personal items. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it further with consumer protection authorities and explore legal remedies.
MSC and Hollard Insurance — this is not how you treat your customers 😡😡😡
