Absolute daylight *******!!!
Absolutely had the worst experience with these guys. DON'T call them for a locksmith emergency. HUGE ****mers. They charge you ridiculous prices over R4000 for 5 mins of work. Absolute ****mers. They will charge 200 for callout and say they can assess when they or on site. They will do 5 mins of work and then only quote you afterwards of an amount of R4000. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS IF YOU HAVE A LOCKSMITH EMERGENCY

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! Charged over R3800 for work done in 5 minutes - total *******! Use ************ tactics to force payment to be made immediately while they watch over your shoulder. When calling them to query, they block your numbers - stay away from them!

SCAMMERS!!!! STAY AWAY Stefan Kleinhans JP Groenewald Albert Naude These guys came out openes my car messed up my central locking, said i must come to workshop so they can reset...then blocked me and they nowhere to be found.do work without quote then give you a ridiculous price and wait till you pay.... They prey on women... Only after trying to get hold of them did i see the reviews.. This should be the first thing that comes up when you google....

Overpriced not true to what they say or deliver
They are overpriced do not use them they also false about there location they make afs in each town waited 4 hours and they where not in our town as google ad said then they charge u for there drive saying they are in your town , do not use these people at all , open one lock R1800 fale invouice no vat nr, tell u they will come back next day and replace lock thats included in price , still waiting, do not use these people

Overpriced not true to what they say or deliver
They are overpriced do not use them they also false about there location they make afs in each town waited 4 hours and they where not in our town as google ad said then they charge u for there drive saying they are in your town , do not use these people at all , open one lock R1800 fale invouice no vat nr, tell u they will come back next day and replace lock thats included in price , still waiting, do not use these people

Unethical Business Practices
I had a key break in an internal door. I could not get the loose piece out of the lock so I called a locksmith which I found after a quick Google search. M.S.D. Emergency Locksmith was the first on the list so dropped them a message and they responded to say someone would be at the premises at an approximate time. They do tell you upfront that the call out is R200 and they will quote depending on the job once they've inspected...all sounds reasonable so far. The locksmith that arrived was shown the door and only asked to open it. I had to get onto a call so asked him to inspect and advise. Locksmith ended up drilling through the old lock (rendering it completely unusable even though this was a 6-month-old Yale 2 lever lock), got the door open, and installed a cheap 2 lever lock in its place...this was all done without him coming to me with a quote as we had earlier discussed. Locksmith then presents me with a bill for R2400!!! This comprised of the call-out, a R1000 opening fee, and another R1200 for simply slotting in a VERY cheap lock in place. These prices are not only over the top but the business practice, in my opinion, is simply unethical. Do not fall for these tactics. Insist on an upfront quote before work is started. If work is done without your explicit consent then you have every right to reject the quotation thereafter.
