Unprofessional Developer

I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional. Penny Ellis assisted us moving in Bonsai Estate on the 1st of December 2022. We have been living here for nearly 7 months. This is a new development which obviously has snags. The worst part is that this unit was not built properly and due to not using sealant correctly on the exterior windows this has resulted in a disgusting mould issue. This can lead into serious health issues. We have declared to cancel the lease and be reimbursed for damages of our furniture. I phoned Penny today to ask for her advice on the way forward and not only did she ignore my call but she blocked my number. This is not only spineless but appalling. The attitude is disgusting. I advise to NEVER go through this development as you will be dealing with the most useless people. They do not care about things that they are responsible for. Never converse with Penny Ellis, she will never accommodate for human decency.
