Unprofessional Developer
I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional. Penny Ellis assisted us moving in Bonsai Estate on the 1st of December 2022. We have been living here for nearly 7 months. This is a new development which obviously has snags. The worst part is that this unit was not built properly and due to not using sealant correctly on the exterior windows this has resulted in a disgusting mould issue. This can lead into serious health issues. We have declared to cancel the lease and be reimbursed for damages of our furniture. I phoned Penny today to ask for her advice on the way forward and not only did she ignore my call but she blocked my number. This is not only spineless but appalling. The attitude is disgusting. I advise to NEVER go through this development as you will be dealing with the most useless people. They do not care about things that they are responsible for. Never converse with Penny Ellis, she will never accommodate for human decency.

Glass Panels
Good Day I have had the worse experience with this company they are not professional at all they have poor service and even rude with their client i had so many challenges with them since January 2019 when i applied for the house till today. I have applied for two bathroom house at 3055 Ex38 kirkney Estates Pretoria. On 29 October 2021 at 14:00 pm was suppose to be my handover i have declined the offer because i was told that i will not get the shower panels as per "SPECIFICATION" min-due my shower is not even included on that specification they are talking about. Just because they have received all the monies from the bank they do no want to take full responsibility by installing the glass panel. I want to know how do they sell a house that has a shower but without shower panels?? Where must the water go when using the shower without panels spill everywhere in the house?? Is it fair though for me to use the shower without panels ?? Why is the shower included on the plan but not on the specification?? I am writing this to seek advice ASAP because tomorrow they want to give the keys with the house that has NO PANELS I am willing to do anything as long as this matter will be resolved.

Never ever ever !!! Buy property under msp u just invite pain in your life and uncomfortable ,unnecessarily pain sleepless nights. I never seen such horrible service in my life they took 19 months to finish the house .still even though we still waiting for occupational certificate which will take another months they are do know wht they doing.something bad going on with this company. I don’t how they sleep at night specially whoever so called Marcus he take ppl for granted. I regret why I bought house at kirkney it seems worst still to come msp need to be exposed so much bad things going on thr

Msp Delopments bad service
Msp do not value clients, they do not even give clients developments about the building and when you made inquiry they stop taking your calls and the receptionist will keep on taking your massages when no one don't take your calls but they will never respond client. They must be responsible and be able to answer any questions that clients have. I do have questions on (852 Southern gateway) why there's no progress since from March because I do not want last minutes things because there's no quality on last minutes.

Actually, Rank Real Estate. The branch in durbanville. Specifically Yvonne Burger and Penny Ellis. They do not supply Body Corporate rules in the lease agreement. I did not sign exit inspection and have suddenly had R1450 taken off my deposit. Because they did not include the Body Corporate Rules in my lease, only after moving in did I start to receive for fines, due to the wrong information given to me!!
