Glass Panels
Good Day I have had the worse experience with this company they are not professional at all they have poor service and even rude with their client i had so many challenges with them since January 2019 when i applied for the house till today. I have applied for two bathroom house at 3055 Ex38 kirkney Estates Pretoria. On 29 October 2021 at 14:00 pm was suppose to be my handover i have declined the offer because i was told that i will not get the shower panels as per "SPECIFICATION" min-due my shower is not even included on that specification they are talking about. Just because they have received all the monies from the bank they do no want to take full responsibility by installing the glass panel. I want to know how do they sell a house that has a shower but without shower panels?? Where must the water go when using the shower without panels spill everywhere in the house?? Is it fair though for me to use the shower without panels ?? Why is the shower included on the plan but not on the specification?? I am writing this to seek advice ASAP because tomorrow they want to give the keys with the house that has NO PANELS I am willing to do anything as long as this matter will be resolved.
