Renprop is unless
I am yet to come across a useless company like Renprop, which bought my house last year and I have been having issues which they never bothered to resolve, one was a male neighbour who almost attacked me in front of security after I called security because he was making noise I reported the matter to them even security gave them a report but they never even gave him a warning in a world where GBP and genocide is so high they never bothered to attend to my issue I had to call my dad who is a cop to get involved if it wasn’t for that I would still feel unsafe in this place because this man abused me emotionally in front of security and wanted to attack me but security blocked him bear in mind I stay alone with my toddler, companies like Renprop are disgusting because how many women reported such matters and no action was taken? I have another issue with broken pipe outside my house, as a result water gets stuck literally outside my door, I have moist issue and I have to deal with bugs all the time I have reported this issue last year they never bothered to come inspect the issue, even when it’s raining water just gets stuck I have sent more than four with with no reply. Renprop do better and if you don’t resolve my issue I will take all these matters forward because I am sick and tired of getting government service from a private company that I am paying.

Motorhappy not taking clients serious
What a frustration working with motor happy I have had to send my updated proof of comprehensive car insurance on the 06th of June to VDP admin Lerato they still did not upload it to Nedbank and now i am being added to MFC debt protection, I have sent so many emails to them and they completely disregarded that and waited for me to call them only to try to take action, even now Lerato said she still needs to think about this as she does not know what to do, like I am being financially impacted by your ignorance and inefficiency and all you can tell me is you need to think about it you will call me back.

What a headache dealing with Nedbank MFC
With so many bad reviews I don’t even think mine will make a difference , these people are so unprofessional and completely ignorance they asked me for proof of insurance which I have sent more than six times and they kept sending me emails requesting the same thing because they wanted to add me to their debt cover although I have comprehensive insurance and I gave them proof, what a headache

Keep your children away from this place
I know they will try to delete this review like they did with the other one, but I will keep writing until you give me the CCTV footage. I just want to warn parents who bring their children to the facility, should anything happen you your children while they are in child care, the club manager will do everything in her power to conceal it and even lie. Something happened to my two year old son and I requested CCTV footage she **** and said I can’t view the footage as it’s against their policy, I asked to see the policy and she failed to provide it . Please note that none of this policy nonsense is in the contract so she makes her own rules as she goes. Dear Chantel Bothma I want to see CCTV as soon as possible as per the provided LETTER OF DEMAND.

Something happened to my two year old son and I requested CCTV footage she **** and said I can’t view the footage as it’s against their policy, I asked to see the policy and she failed to provide it . Please note that none of this policy nonsense is in the contract so she makes her own rules as she goes. Dear Chantel Bothma I want to see CCTV as soon as possible because my lawyer has provided the letter of demand and you better not lie as say it’s been wiped off since lying is your thing.

Planet Fitness Fourways manager is shady and cant be trusted.
I found that my child was crying in their child care facility and asked the caregiver who advised that my child fell, I requested CCTV and the manager (Chantel Bothma) reviewed it and came back to me and advised that nothing happened to my child, she just saw children playing and nothing else, I asked if she did not see my child falling as per the caregiver she said no later she changed her story and said she saw my son being dragged and throwing tantrums, at this point I have three different stories and it was clear that their stories are inconsistent and someone is lying I requested to see the CCTV she refused and said i need a court order as its their policy and I asked to see the signed and dated policy and none of this is in my contract and she is taking her time to give me the policy as its obviously none existent, she even dropped the call on me. I now have to get my lawyer involved to be able to view a CCTV footage so to parents bringing their children in this place be careful.

its been unpleasant trying to withdraw my provident fund from NMG

Central development Seattle creek pay back my deposit
Seattle creek stole my deposit, this is a clause in their contact and they have confirmed that they found a tenant for the apartment I was renting but they are still refusing to pay the remainder of the deposit after deducting commission for five months as I stayed in the complex for seven months and whatever advertising costs they incurred for advertising the unit. 22.4 If the Landlord or the Property Practitioner (as the case may be), by acting reasonably and diligently, is able to enter into a new lease agreement during the 20 (Twenty) Business Day notice period set out in clause 21.1.1, and the new lease agreement is for the same duration or a longer period than the remaining period of this Lease Agreement, then the Tenant shall only be liable for the reasonable advertising costs incurred by the Landlord in advertising the Premises and for any commission due to the Property Practitioner. Seattle creek
<div>Staying at Seattle creek put my life and my son’s life in danger. 1 they linked the geyser switch to the stove and fridge plugs for the wires crossed twice and I almost got electrocuted . 2 They dug holes in my garden without putting tapes and put my two year Old son’s life in danger. This company specialises in using cheap labour as a result I have had countless issues during my stay in that complex including kitchen units that have been bubbling since day one, the sliding door has been loose and even the garden grass looks like the one at a township park . I gave them notice to move out and stated to them the clause of the contract which clearly stipulates that should they get a tenant within two months my deposit will be paid back to me I only need to cover advertising costs and agent fees, I gave them two months notice and they decided that they won’t pay my deposit back totally disregarding their own contact and they even want to ***** the interest they have accumulated from my deposit .</div>
