Good day I am pregnant was at that time 16 week, I fell and went to MED 24... sit there for 2hours just so that the Dr tell me they cant help me because they dont have a sonar masjien at Med 24... they GAVE ME A DR note so I can go monday to peglerae for a sonar... Monday I went to Peglerae with my note they said they Cant help met just till week 12 of pregnancy..... They Reception girl gave me a nr of another dr.... after R700 was deducted from my medical aid And no one helped me!!!!!!!!! I called my Dr Hartell She said she was on shift friday night when I went to Med 24 And i gave her details and they haven't helped me.... This is a rip off......
The took money from my credit card, A app that I am not even using... I emailed they said they did refund me 20 April but I haven't reseive anything back.

Good day Yesterday my car was booked in at Leons Rustenburg because there was an oil leak. The oil leak started from the last time my car was at Leon's motors for a service. I Postpone for some time because I always get bad service. Finally they call to tell me the filter plug was lose, they can't tell me why this is happening but I have to pay R950 and its already been fixs. Usually they phone before they continue with the service with the amount then the client can say continue or not. When I went back to fetch my car I haven't received an invoice what they were doing, just a receipt from the amout I was paying for there own mistake. Bad service. I rader drive through to menlyn for better service.

Good day I paid my account till end of januarie 2020 now they took the drum where my garden dump must go in. How can I pay and now they took it away.. phone and email and no response.
Good day I just become fully aware every moth they deduct R64 out of my account. I don't even have a card from them. How can they just do a debit order without me knowing, and I wonder how long now... I dont want anything from directAxis...please STOP the debit order. Regards Chenene
