I am experiencing bad service at Ford Rustenburg service department from Louis and her manager. I delivered my For Ranger 3.2 there with a yellow engine light on and diagnosed it with an engine harness problem and that it needs to be replaced. My car has over a month at the dealer shop and is still not fixed. They first gave me a wrong information and then changed to say the part will take 2 weeks to arrive to the country and will be fixed by the 5th/05/2023. They then called me yesterday and told me that the part has not arrived. Louis is rude and does not take accountability. I am a Ford fan but having a problem with the car and bad service from the Ford employees, it's a total turn-off. I am in the process of buying another car and I will never buy a Ford ever again.

Good day Yesterday my car was booked in because there was an oil leak. The oil leak started from the last time my car was at Leon's motors for a service. I Postpone for some time because I always get bad service. Finally they call to tell me the filter plug was lose, they can't tell me why this is happening but I have to pay R950 and its already been fixs. Usually they phone before they continue with the service with the amount then the client can say continue or not. When I went back to fetch my car I haven't received an invoice what they were doing, just a receipt from the amout I was paying for there own mistake. Bad service. I rader drive through to menlyn for better service.

I have experienced very bad service from the local Ford dealership in Rustenburg. My Ranger 2.2 XLT started experiencing flaking on the tyres on the front axle. I approached Ford and they instructed me to go and do wheel alignment, balancing and rotation twice, this didn't resolve the issue as the rear tyres that were now on the front also started flaking badly & all 4 tyres are now badly damaged. This has been going on for the last 3 years and they claim that it isn't their fault and rather that it is Goodyear's inferior tyres (Wrangler HP 265/65R17). I was again instructed by Ford to go and get a report by Tyger wheel & tyre whereby they have a response from Goodyear's Technical Service Manager stating that Ford called for these specific tyres as part of the Ford Ranger OEM specification. I have sent numerous emails of all this proof to the Rustenburg branch service manager as well as the dealer principal and I am now being outright ignored for the last 3 weeks. Ford has been aware of this issue for quite some time as there have been customers that have been compensated by having other tyres fitted to their vehicles. This is the most distasteful experience i have ever encountered especially after spending my hard earned money to purchase what I was led to believe to be the best Brand of vehicle in S.A. I hope that Ford will sort my vehicle out before, Heaven forbid a tyre bursts and my Family is in the vehicle or that we have another "Ford Kuga" type situation in the Headlines!!!

Leons Motors Rustenburg don't care at all.. If they did, they would have responded to the compliant that we, the customers, or potential customers, thereof make bout them.

In July I tried to start a business transaction with Leons Rustenburg Ford. I was contacted by Brenda Dhladhla, whom I asked to confirm the if the price that I was seeing on their internet advert was correct. And she said that, yes it was correct. We then started with the transaction, with heeere requesting me to send my ID, drivers license, payslips and bank statements. I sent the requested paperwork. Tow day later I received a call from a different lady, telling me that the price on the advert was incorrect and she added a zero to the digits that were advertised. I have been waiting for a response from the management and maybe an explanation from the sales executive that I had the first interaction with.

I bought a Mazda CX5 from this dealership on the 18 may 2018,A lot was promised,the contract was done wrong,Explanation ,,,Sorry finger fault.they took there time doing the settlement with the bank and a payment went off my account again, They let me know that my Number plates will be ready two weeks back,I Left it and wait to get a call from the dealership.Last week they let me know it will be ready by Friday the 15 June 2018.Again waiting for there call but nothing,when I phone the dealership,now suddenly there was a problem printing the number plates,I called Mazda customer care Ref Nr 4959 on Friday,they promised me the dealer principal will phone we ,,,,,well still waiting,I phone again this morning ,left a message they promised he will phone me back,still nothing,,,Service what service,quick to sign the contract and no service there after,hope I will get some reaction after this
