Bad sevice

Good day

Yesterday my car was booked in because there was an oil leak. The oil leak started from the last time my car was at Leon's motors for a service. I Postpone for some time because I always get bad service. Finally they call to tell me the filter plug was lose, they can't tell me why this is happening but I have to pay R950 and its already been fixs. Usually they phone before they continue with the service with the amount then the client can say continue or not. When I went back to fetch my car I haven't received an invoice what they were doing, just a receipt from the amout I was paying for there own mistake.

Bad service. I rader drive through to menlyn for better service.
