I am experiencing bad service at Ford Rustenburg service department from Louis and her manager. I delivered my For Ranger 3.2 there with a yellow engine light on and diagnosed it with an engine harness problem and that it needs to be replaced. My car has over a month at the dealer shop and is still not fixed. They first gave me a wrong information and then changed to say the part will take 2 weeks to arrive to the country and will be fixed by the 5th/05/2023. They then called me yesterday and told me that the part has not arrived. Louis is rude and does not take accountability. I am a Ford fan but having a problem with the car and bad service from the Ford employees, it's a total turn-off. I am in the process of buying another car and I will never buy a Ford ever again.
