I made an order for a TV(media), around the 28th of July. It was delivered by the 4th. Only to find that it wasn't exactly as described in the ad I returned it for an exchange for the 2nd one. It was also not doing what they had written that it could. I returned it, as well for a better and higher cost one. No this one, the remote control was dysfunctional. The again said that they'd credit it into my Takealot.com account. But they had only credited the R740
I ordered a crammed decker at Debonairs Evaton Mall on 7th of March, and was served a pizza with raw dough that forms the crammed crust. And then I ordered the same pizza again on the 10th of March. To my disappointment the very same mistake of raw dough again, was found in the in the pizza. I'm starting to believe that this is the standard that the restaurant is upholding.
They don't train their call center agents. They don't train their entire staff, for that matter. How does one make an order, be told the order wohkd be delivered in 30 to 45 minutes, wait for well over an hour and a half. And when they call the call doesn't get picked up. When it eventually gets picked up, you told you'd be transferred to the branch(shop), doesn't get picked up and told that the number dialed can't be found.
Leons Motors Rustenburg don't care at all.. If they did, they would have responded to the compliant that we, the customers, or potential customers, thereof make bout them.
In July I tried to start a business transaction with Leons Rustenburg Ford. I was contacted by Brenda Dhladhla, whom I asked to confirm the if the price that I was seeing on their internet advert was correct. And she said that, yes it was correct. We then started with the transaction, with heeere requesting me to send my ID, drivers license, payslips and bank statements. I sent the requested paperwork. Tow day later I received a call from a different lady, telling me that the price on the advert was incorrect and she added a zero to the digits that were advertised. I have been waiting for a response from the management and maybe an explanation from the sales executive that I had the first interaction with.
On the 31st of August 2017 I lost well-over R 5000 worth of money , when the locker that I was using was broken into and everything that was in it was stolen at the Slater Gym at Thabong Shopping center. The following day, when i got to the i was treated like a criminal at the gym when i got there and when I finished.I am just wondering what action is going to be to be taken against the staff members that perpetrated the whole thing.

On the 9th of February 2017 I went into Capitec Bank Evaton mall. I just wanted to verify the accont number that I had, that it as a business account and that it belonged to the person or company that was given to me. But no! I was told that I ccouldn't be helped.

Now, I have been defrauded of R40 000, as I innitially deposited R15 000, and then R25 000, on the 10th and 15th of February 2017. I honestly need to be enlightened as to what the problem was with verifying the owner of the account.

On the 17 December 2016, I went to Pep Home, for a reprint of a vouncher that I had just purchased from the store.

The laddy that was assisting me told me that their machine won't be able perform that task.

Well I just suspect that if investigations are conducted. the ladyjust had some questionable motives and didn't want to reprint the voucher for me. Otherwise, that was my very last time I ever bouoght airtme frrom Pep.

I bought a brand new Sony Experia, earlier tthis year. Hardly a month after I had bought it, it started giving me problems. Eventually, it stoped working and I took it back and i stayed for almost, if not more than a month with their loan phone.

Eventually, they told me to come pick ir up, as it has been fixed on the 29th of November 2016. Emediately when I got home, I tried to charge it. And it started givivng me problems that where similar to what it did before it stopped working.

To even thinhk that wwhen I got to the Vanderbijlpark Vodacomshop, the claimed that there had been aprts that were replaced, and bascally the phone was new.

Where is the truth in that?

In 2010 I received a call from a RMCS agent. Who gave me a airtime-top-up contract.
But when it expired /lapsed, they renewed it without my consent. To date, every time I experience problems with the number and contact Vodacom, I get referred back to them. I have called them on several occasions, one time I even held on for more than twenty minutes, until my airtime finished.
Now I can't access my emails, and again I've been told to contact RMCS. All I want is for them to give me back my number.
