I've mistakenly signed up on this app and a fee was deducted from my account. I immediately sent a cancellation and efund request which they refused to accept stating that my reason is beyond theor control. You can cancell a product withing a reasonable time frame and be refunded what is due to you after they have deducted their penalty. In this case a subscribed to a product for 12 months, which I don't need. Why can't they just penalize me for a month and refund the rest of the amount? This is a ****.NEVER EVER TRY ANY PURCHASE ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS!!!
