mSpy, this is completely unacceptable.
I purchased mSpy and spoke to one of your technicians when it stopped working. He advised me to reinstall it, but when I said I couldn’t do it immediately, he then told me to deactivate my account, assuring me that my subscription would be extended for the duration it was deactivated AND that I would still have access to my data. Now, my account is completely suspended, I cannot log in, and I have no access to the data I was promised. On top of that, I paid extra for mAssistance priority support (a service I didn't even want but was charged to me anytways and was not cancelled despite specifically asking for it be be cancelled - but anyways), yet I’ve received no response to multiple emails, and I can’t even use the support service because my account is deactivated! This is not what I was told, and it feels like I’ve been misled. I need my account reactivated immediately or a full refund.

SHOCKING EXPERIENCE!!
I have had the worst experience with this service provider! After spending hours on support trying to connect an Iphone to their service with no luck, I tried to request a refund within the first day of the subscription which was declined, thus their is no cooling period for you to see if the software works for you. After my refund was declined, I tried to cancel my subsciption, just to find that my account was debited again the follwing month for another 3 months worth of the subscription.

No refund if due to personal reasons
With this type of software, they usually give a 14 day no questions asked return. Or even a trial period. I thought I might try it out, then based on my circumstances I changed my mind and asked for a refund. They don't care at all, if you change your mind or due to personal issues you cannot install the software, they will still not give you a return. I think this is really unprofessional and greedy from the company. They can see I did not even use the software. Have not even installed it. They don't feel anything for their customers, all just chasing the bottom line. I would not recommend them at all.

*****ulent please beware. My bank was alerted to this red flag and notified me immediately after making payment that another substantial amount was debited thereafter, which I had not approved or agreed to. Card needed to be suspended as a result. Zero response to repeated emails to this company regarding the matter. Stay away. I wonder how many other unsuspecting victims of mySpy THEFT there are out there.

Cheating Bf slept with my sister should i still continue the relationship
My failed me severa times trying to hack my spouse phone. Me and my ex of have been togheter for 5 years im 22 and he is 23 we broke up because he used to cheat on me the whole relationship then he came back recently 3 months ago and said he is changed and he wants to do it right and he is so sorry for all them years he destroyed, now we're beck to together and I see signs again he is yelling and disrespecting me a lot and yesterday I found out he is looking at other women's all day since we got back together and it broke my heart because he said he changed, i was curious and eager using zipcrak installation frm inst grm and did a date dive into all his secrets cheating activies when i found out he have been sleeping with my sister in Maimi and hanging out with different women in different hotel I confronted him about it and it became the worst fight/argument it could possibly be I got blamed for stressing him out while he has work tomorrow and I ruined his sleep and life now everything got switched on me and he blocked me on everything, during the fight he spited on me and punched me because he felt like I was stressing him out, I don't know what to do I feel like depression is taking over l've been living like this since I was 16 and yet I always felt like I did something wrong.

I've mistakenly signed up on this app and a fee was deducted from my account. I immediately sent a cancellation and efund request which they refused to accept stating that my reason is beyond theor control. You can cancell a product withing a reasonable time frame and be refunded what is due to you after they have deducted their penalty. In this case a subscribed to a product for 12 months, which I don't need. Why can't they just penalize me for a month and refund the rest of the amount? This is a ****.NEVER EVER TRY ANY PURCHASE ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS!!!

I immediately sent a cancellation and efund request which they refused to accept stating that my reason is beyond theor control. You can cancell a product withing a reasonable time frame and be refunded what is due to you after they have deducted their penalty. In this case a subscribed to a product for 12 months, which I don't need. Why can't they just penalize me for a month and refund the rest of the amount? This is a ****.NEVER EVER TRY ANY PURCHASE ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS!!!
