I ordered my package on 19/12/2025. They assured me that my package would arrive by Christmas for my son. Today is 1/01/2026, still no package. No Communication from them, I would not recommend buying from them ever. Really poor service.
My package is taking Extremely long to arrive. No communication. It has been at customs since 9 July 25. Why is no one contacting me? Please can someone from post office sort this out. It is an international parcel. My tracking number LW521439105DE I have sent emails to customer.services@postoffice.co.za with no reply.
Will never use them again. Delivered my father in laws pool table (30 year old oak) from PTA to Durban yesterday. Broke off one leg completely, broke the slate as well. Took out insurance with Eezimove. Now they refusing to cover any damages, nothing. Says insurance is only for fire an theft. They don't care if they break anything. It was our family heritage piece. EEZI MOVE is the cheapest because the are the worst. Stay away
With this type of software, they usually give a 14 day no questions asked return. Or even a trial period. I thought I might try it out, then based on my circumstances I changed my mind and asked for a refund. They don't care at all, if you change your mind or due to personal issues you cannot install the software, they will still not give you a return. I think this is really unprofessional and greedy from the company. They can see I did not even use the software. Have not even installed it. They don't feel anything for their customers, all just chasing the bottom line. I would not recommend them at all.
I ordered 2 remotes on Fruugo. I ordered it on Sep 22, 2023. It says my items has been delivered, yet still no delivery, their website is useless as it always gives an error when trying to submit a querie. Fruugo is probably even worse than Wish! Totally pathetic. Order #107896645
I am so tired of Cartrack, it is so unfair that if you sell a vehicle while having a contract with them, there is no way for you to cancel your contract without having to pay everything on the contract upfront. It's a disgrace from a SA company to hold you on terms even though for 2 years I don't have the vehicle anymore!
I ordered a lte package from them with a router. The speeds was very poor for gaming so I canceled. I did not know there was a cancelation charge of R999. I asked them several times, if they could void the cancelation if I reinstate the package. No one actually gave me an answer. They disabled the SIM. I then went manually and ordered the another package from them without the router but they still deducted the cancelation fee.
I had a great experience in updating my policy. Rhonwin Jacobus was extremely helpful and made it such an ease to amend my policy. Thank you for the great service. PS! Your rates are amazing. Will never move to another insurer.
