*****ing your hard earned money
I purchased 2 Jerseys @ R1499 each on 6th of November 2025, I still have not received my order as yet. I was promised a refund in January, but they do not respond to my WhatsApp or email. They answer messages once a month telling me that my jerseys will be delivered, otherwise they will refund my money. But they never respond for weeks and then make the same promises again. I am extremely disappointed with them.

*****ing your hard earned money

I ordered my package on 19/12/2025. They assured me that my package would arrive by Christmas for my son. Today is 1/01/2026, still no package. No Communication from them, I would not recommend buying from them ever. Really poor service.

****s and *******. I have now opened a ***** case with Capitec. This company is not to be trusted for any orders. False advertising tricking the public into placing orders as advertised, take your money and then instead of the 21 day delivery promise, 2 months with weekly requests for feedback, nothing... and when you threaten them with legal action they say they will also get their lawyers, then they beg and plead not to make a case, then they do exactly the same. DO NOT TRUST THEM .

Not to be trusted, late orders, no communication
Not to be trusted. I had two orders: First order-Chelsea shirt: incorrect football shirt was delivered, that time i ordered my name and number on the shirt, and these people care so little, they printed my name and number on the wrong shirt, i informed them via email and sent pictures and WhatsApp, initially they acknowledged me and said they would get back to me about the order, when i make follow-ups, they are ignored. Second order-Pirates shirt 2 for 1 special: the shirts did not arrive at all, even on their website it says the order is not fulfilled, but when i send follow-up emails or messages on whatsapp, it's ignored. My purchases were made on the 02 of September 2025, on the 17 of November 2025, i tried again to follow up via whatsapp, you can see the person managing the account going on/offline, but they dont reply. Then the email address "support@proballers.co.za" all of a sudden doesnt work anymore, i get the message "Address not found". The least they could do is inform the customer if they cant fulfil the order, just ignoring people when they have paid is *****ing our money

Pro Ballers SA - please avoid
This turned out to be a ****. Please stay away. Promised delivery within 10-13 days. After 45-days still no delivery or tracking number, only stories about customs hold-up. Requested document proof that the items arrived at custom. No response. Also no response to whatsapp number and the email update seems AI generated. Please don't fall for the cheap price.

This turned out to be a ****. Please stay away. Promised delivery within 10-13 days. After 45-days still no delivery or tracking number, only stories about customs hold-up. Requested document proof that the items arrived at custom. No response. Also no response to whatsapp number and the email update seems AI generated. Please don't fall for the cheap price.

This company is not to be trusted for any orders. False advertising tricking the public into placing orders as advertised, take your money and then instead of the 21 day delivery promise, 3 months with weekly requests for feedback, nothing... Then on 4th month without delivery be notified your R2000+ spent is no longer part of the limited special offer you purchased at the time and paid for. Then when the product finally arrives (2 for 1 special) that got cancelled. They chose which size and which product you get. Completely not what you ordered. Multiple requests for return or refund just being ignored. The product received not even close to what was ordered. Money ****** Product not usable False advertising (Tricking the public into specials that don't exist) Their website and online store clearly displays order, price and quantity yet they argue that the order placed and confirmed via email, screenshots, order number etc. is not what they will deliver. No feedback on any of their contact numbers, email address or Facebook messenger, but if you're a new customer they promptly reply - Eager to take more people's money. **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** **** ****
