Not to be trusted, late orders, no communication

Not to be trusted.

I had two orders:

First order-Chelsea shirt: incorrect football shirt was delivered, that time i ordered my name and number on the shirt, and these people care so little, they printed my name and number on the wrong shirt, i informed them via email and sent pictures and WhatsApp, initially they acknowledged me and said they would get back to me about the order, when i make follow-ups, they are ignored.

Second order-Pirates shirt 2 for 1 special: the shirts did not arrive at all, even on their website it says the order is not fulfilled, but when i send follow-up emails or messages on whatsapp, it's ignored.

My purchases were made on the 02 of September 2025, on the 17 of November 2025, i tried again to follow up via whatsapp, you can see the person managing the account going on/offline, but they dont reply. Then the email address "support@proballers.co.za" all of a sudden doesnt work anymore, i get the message "Address not found".

The least they could do is inform the customer if they cant fulfil the order, just ignoring people when they have paid is *****ing our money
