*****ing your hard earned money

I purchased 2 Jerseys @ R1499 each on 6th of November 2025, I still have not received my order as yet. I was promised a refund in January, but they do not respond to my WhatsApp or email. They answer messages once a month telling me that my jerseys will be delivered, otherwise they will refund my money. But they never respond for weeks and then make the same promises again. I am extremely disappointed with them.
