This turned out to be a ****. Please stay away. Promised delivery within 10-13 days. After 45-days still no delivery or tracking number, only stories about customs hold-up. Requested document proof that the items arrived at custom. No response. Also no response to whatsapp number and the email update seems AI generated. Please don't fall for the cheap price.
Very dishonest practices plus impossible to speak to anyone. Don't recommend using.
Trying to track a parcel. No response to emails. No pick-up on customer services line. Extremely frustrating!
Bunch of thieves at King Shaka. Charged me almost R6,000 for some minor scratches on the hood. Requested information on the repair cost and up to now, no response whatsoever.
Worst courier service ever!!! Also dishonest in claiming they have contacted me when clearly they haven't. FNB should seriously consider a new courier company or contracting in a second one to give clients an option.
