Even after months of emails to their home warrant email. Nothing is fixed, foreman sends you to Homewarranty. It can be Kempton park side, Edenvale or pretoria Development . My advice TRIPLE inspect, Plumbing,paints and Gas link before you buy. Not sure how Because most problem came after 2 weeks of moving in. Even now guess toilet is not fixed for months and it's leaking. Gas link also, carports are broke. Only notice most of this after week or two of moving in. Asked foreman and agent but told to send to home warranty. "Someone got their commision".
